  Really wanted to give this place a 2 star but then I found out that it's Not a bakery I can tell you that much, a reseller more like it that buys frozen PRE baked goods and sells them to customers marked as "Freshly Baked"

  Give in to the beautiful aroma of pastries as soon as you open the door. The main issue i have at Orleans Bakery is picking something: it all looks so good... Croissants, cinnamon rolls, cookies, cupcakes... They experiment with new recipes regularly: had strawberry croissants in the summer and recently, custard-filled croissants. Service used to be welcoming and friendly but now its just ok with the new faces behind the counter. Go there for the food, you won't regret it!

  Went in today and tried to buy 4 x Raspberry turnovers with a $20 bill (a $6 purchase). The server's attitude was indifferent at best, and she refused to make change for my 20. I even said I would take small change instead, but she still refused. How can you run a bakery and be incapable of making change for small purchases which run to less than $20? The server was obstinate and uncooperative throughout my visit. I had to leave the turnovers on the counter and walk away. Sadly, though I have spent lots of $$ in this place over the years, this one really negative experience means I will never go back. I will patronize the much friendlier Patisserie Fine Delice Royal bakery at 1600 Forest Valley Drive instead. I am enjoying one of their delicious turnovers with my coffee as I write this. A little mote of wisdom I offer to the owner of Orleans Bakery: CUSTOMERS VOTE WITH THEIR FEET.

  Not a great selection. Unfortunately, rather lacking in flavour and finesse...for the cost of their wares. April 7th, 2016. Have revisited bakery. Their selection has increased. When I asked if all their wares were created and baked in-house, there was hesitation to her answer of yes. It does smell delicious and service is lovely . Purchased one eclair, same price as any grocery store bakery or name brand coffee shop, packs more flavour, and real cream used. So, I am increasing my rating from a 2 star to a 3 star. Will visit again in a few months. Plus, they have quite a creative selection of cupcakes!!!

  Delicious food all around! Wife ordered a cake from you and we loved it! Was warmly welcomed by the owner and had an amazing service with yvonne. Really a great place for regular and holiday shopping!
