    I am extremly disappointed with the service I received at my branch. My husband went in with the same request and they were very accommodating.

    I walk in to the empty Bank whit only employes standing their doing nothing on a wensday at 2 pm , I'm simply looking in to opening a bank account , manager tells me they can't till the following week is wonder why national bank is at the bottom of the bank chains. Terrible

    It's hard to give it 2 stars because the service is very friendly, efficient and bilingual. But the new policy to only put one teller on at a time is absolutely ridiculous. Everyone else is still there and they just look t you while you wait. Not customer service oriented at all. If our business didn't have an account here, we would switch instantly.
