  Absolutely horrible service. I had to walk out because they left me sitting there for an hour regardless of the fact that I had an appointment booked. No one even told me when I could expect to be seen... I just sat there indefinitely. DO NOT GO HERE. They are so rude. They don't deserve anyone's business

  Rushed and sloppy work. Nail technician worked on myself an another customer at same time, leaving me multiple times to answer phone or walk in inquiries making my visit take over 2 hours. Prices given during phone conversation at booking time were different at check-out without satisfactory explanation. Shellac pedicure fell completely off 2 nails after 2 days of wear in sandals. Used to love service and quality of work provided in past visits, quality and service standards have gone downhill. Very disappointing experiences in last 2 visits. Will not return.

  Went for a manicure about a year ago and the experience was good but the manicure didn't last. Went for a pedicure a few weeks ago and it's only now chipping. People working there were nice and it was clean. I will be going back again.

  This used to be my go to place for manis & pedis... however as of late they are completely going downhill. The last three times I have gone it has gotten increasingly worse. After my first bad experience, I gave them the benefit of the doubt... maybe it was just an off day but after the next two bad experiences I have to guess that it's just the way they operate now. They rush you through without paying attention to detail, there is absolutely no customer service anymore which is the saddest part for me as I used to find the staff so friendly. The last time I cam out, it look as though a grade schooler did my nails... actually no that's an insult to grade schoolers... it looked like I'd had my nails done while riding on a bumpy bus. I hate to see stores change their service level... there are so many options for nails and I gave KNT many chances. I was also a quite annoyed that I was charged for a full manicure when I only had polish applied.

  worst customer service I've ever experienced. Do your own nails before going to this joke of a place.
