  Both Mike & Loïc were very informative and patient with me and fitted me with a cyclocross bike that I am so very pleased with. I ended up spending a bit more than I had originally planned but I couldn't be happier. I have had the bike for 2 weeks and I just logged 350 km on it so far. This isn't really that far but for a 52 year old who is just getting into the sport, I am still excited to get in the saddle each time.

  My son was fitted here for a bike and a helmet. They did an excellent job of keeping him excited while making sure he got the right bike to fit him properly that would also last. They also did a tune up on my touring bike which fixed my jumpy gears after numerous tune ups which did not. Great service. By your bike here and if you've bought it somewhere else, these guys will fix it and do an amazing job! Very happy to give them a positive review!

  I had a great experience in dealing with the owner (Levis) regarding the purchase of a new Giant Roam. Due to him going out of his way to accommodate me, I was more than happy to purchase from his store even though the Bank St location is closer and more convenient for me. Mike was great as well and sized me for the frame size and prepped a few models so I could take them out for a test ride. Overall pretty happy with the buying experience and would gladly recommend them to others.

  I had two bikes serviced here - awful experience! Good thing I checked the gears before leaving-they still skipped. They also discarded my trail tires (I had purchased road tires). And when I asked to have them back, it took everything for them to go in the back and get them.

  This year I wanted to treat myself to a new bike but I wasn't really sure what I was looking for. My previous bike purchases for myself and my kids were mountain bike style, but for my new bike, I wanted something faster but still able to handle the variety of trails we have here in Ottawa. I am in professional sales & to be a success in sales, one should really ask more questions to get a solid understanding of what your client is looking for.
