  Chapters is a cool bookstore for sure but the checkout process is a nightmare there! They're always asking for something. Can you donate to some book reading thing? That's their newest one. No I just want to buy this magazine ! If only they had self checkouts! Definitely has me going a lot less often to their store. Stop with the continual begging at checkout, ruins the whole experience of going there. So 2 stars! Would be much higher if you had self checkouts to avoid the money begging.

  Big bookstore with the added benefit of other tech toys and gadgets, a separate toy section and a Starbucks Cafe inside. Also there's outdoor seating for smokers.

  I've called ahead for a specific book, since on their website it notified me there was one or two left. The lady who answered was very kind and went to find the book. She confirmed they had it in stock and put it in the reserve for me. All I has to do was wait in line, let the clerk know my book was in the reserve and pay! There was a line, but it's the holiday season so it was completely understandable. Good experience!

  I've been to this Chapters location multiple times. They don't rush you out even if it's at the end of the night. They try their best to get you rewards (I forgot my card, forgot which phone number I used, forgot that I had an account!). It's clean, well stocked, and the employees are friendly.

  Great place with competitive prices. Customer service is some of the best I've seen anywhere. I mistakenly bough the same book twice and even lost my receipt and easily was able to exchange it for another book. I made a purchase online but seem to have forgotten to log in and thus did not gain any reward points but again they immediately helped after I sent a quick email and added the points. Very friendly and quick. Pretty wide selection of books too which is great.
