  This morning I went inside to order. The cashier was fighting with a guy about the new automated system. I guess he chose to pay cash and didn't know he needed to pay AT the cash before they're process his order. He was upset that the machine gave him a number, she told him "I'm just trying to teach you how it works, if you're not willing to learn the system don't come back". She didn't know how many hotcakes were in an order when I asked and she didn't know how to punch in 2 hash browns which I wouldn't have mentioned except someone showed her and she'd already forgotten by the next customer how to do it for them. After ordering there was a gentleman who was asking about his 10 minute order. They were still waiting on his bagel. He asked for his money back and left. I waited about 10 minutes for my hot cakes, 3 breakfast sandwiches and 3 hash browns. Other people were also waiting long.

  I visit once or twice a week in the morning. I always ask for my ketchup at the food window so that I can make sure there's enough or that they didn't just forget. For about a month when I asked I was told by this one employee to order my ketchup at the speaker. I explained each time that they've forgotten in the past, so no, I'll order my ketchup at the food window.

  Just did a mobile order here at this McDonald's. Terrible experience. Not sure if the mobile app is the problem, but it seems to be the restaurant's fault. I ordered 10 minutes before arriving, and still had to wait another 10 minutes before my food was ready. The happy meals had the wrong toys, I got no napkins, and the nugget meal was missing... Nuggets.

  The app advertised some coupons that were not available at this location, so my order was $2 more than it would have been otherwise.

  One morning for some reason, they weren't taking orders on the second lame at the drive through. 4 cars went through on lane 1 before I got out and went to the window and asked "are you going to take orders on lane 2?". "Not if talk to me like that." Was his reply. I spoke with the manager and suggested he comp my $7.67 breakfast and he said "hmm dunno that's a big order". Obviously that didn't fly and he did comp it, so that's where they get their extra star.

  I was surprised at the poor customer service. They don't seem capable of handling the rush. The staff at the McDonald's at the corner of Innis and Blair rd is always smiling, making sure that you're satisfied. But this location, the management themselves seemed disinterested and rude. Was getting my wife the new chicken sandwich called "Tomato and Mozzarella". I have had this sandwich and thought it's quite good. But I noticed that there was no tomato on the sandwich. I understood it was busy, an easy miss, so I politely asked the manager who was expediting orders for a slice. He told me the sandwich only has a tomato sauce, but no tomatoes. I showed him the picture on the screen of the sandwich WITH a tomato. He rolled his eyes, and asked a girl to "get this guy a tomato on the side". She explained that they were out, and needed someone to slice some. At that point I left since my families food was getting cold. There was also a man beside me informing the manager that the coke was out on both machines. Again the response was pretty rude, and that customer waited a while, and when I left, he still hadn't got a coke. Overall the food was fresh. And the staff did their best, but their manager let them down.

  This is a Very nice and cozy place located on montreal road that has a fire place inside, you can get a nice meal with an excellent desserts like ice cream and the surprise with the new offer they have, any size coffee for only one dollar!! And it's a really nice cup of coffee. Highly recommended
