  Bought my first car from Dino's and it has been great. I was skeptical buying from a used dealer but they were very helpful along the way and fully transparent. Would definitely buy from this dealer again!

  Rented a U-haul trailer to move our daughter from Ottawa to London from Dino's Auto. We rented the trailer for 3 days. When we picked it up we told the lady we were dealing with that on the the third day we maybe late getting back to Ottawa depending on traffic. She told us no worries bring it in the next morning and we would only be charged for the 3 days. We were late getting into Ottawa due to traffic on the 401 and weather (torrential rain that had traffic crawling) so brought it in the next morning and ended up being charged for for 4 days. The owner was rude when speaking with my husband - cut my husband off when he was speaking and walked away from us. When my husband asked for a paper copy of the receipt as we were not receiving their emails (they had our email address wrong and when we tried to get it corrected the owner was dismissive) the owner gave us a hard time about a paper copy. Will never do business with them again.

  Walked in at 9 am and asked to get my summer tires put on along with an oil change done and was told it would take 45 minutes. I thought this was a little long but nonetheless I said that's fine. An hour goes by, then another half an hour and at this point I'm confused as to why 4 tires and an oil change is taking this long. So I asked how long it would be. They said oh no more than 10 more minutes. Another 30 minutes go by and it's finally done. 2 HOURS. On top of that, they broke 2 of my tire sensors and told me if I wanted to fix them they'd be 80 bucks each! Extremely disappointed in the service.

  Dino's Auto is fantastic! No nonsense, just quality vehicles, great service, and pleasant sales people. Jad and his colleagues made the car buying experience very painless for me and they do try to help you out. They are transparent and not full of s**t like many other dealers I have dealt with. Highly recommend. -Adrian

  Just got a Toyota Corolla with them. Sales lady who was at front desk really put the hard work in on making my sale easy. She was friendly and honest. This made my experience very stress free. The sales manager is very nice and upfront. He never up sold me on a extended warranty or add on's. Very rare to see when dealing with purchasing a used car. A plus!!
