  From the moment you step foot into this place you can feel the warmth from Lorraine at the front desk who always has a smile on her face to the sales staff who will always smile & acknowledge your presence & check to see if someone has helped you. I've been dealing with these guys since 2010 & have never looked elsewhere for my servicing of my BMW M3. Tony, Dmitri, Michel & Mario have always taken care of me & seem to care & treat me like family.   Great customer service. Clear, thorough, transparent explanations, competent advices and forthcoming attitude are noteworthy. I strongly recommend asking for Joe Nahra, he was open, friendly and very competent in this business. I ended up purchasing a car that I wanted the most and he was instrumental in helping me make an informed and confident decision. Keep it up, guys.

  Excellent customer service! Best luxury car selection in the city. We found exactly what we were looking for at the best price. They were accommodating, and went above & beyond to make sure we got everything we needed in less than 24 hours!! Would recommend to anyone!
