  I also called them earlier, hours in advance to specifically tell a lady on the phone that my Visa wasn't working and specifically asked if I could pay with cash. To my surprise she said it would be no problem. When I finally got to the place she said that she couldn't accept my payment without my visa and simply said she misunderstood my question when I called earlier. Instead of offering some kind of offer for the mess up, she simply says sorry nothing I can do and gives the car to some one else 5 minutes later instead of giving me the time to ask if I could book it the next day or figure something else out.

  Priya and her team are helpful, courteous and timely. This will be my go to for future rentals. It’s nice to know customer service skills are still in practice. Oh, and the rates are great! Oh...and the selection of cars is awesome.

  The rep apologized and explained that 2 employees did not show up to work and when I asked if she could do anything for the price, she informed mecthat she could not as it was the system. But I could talk to the manger who was confidently on a 2 week vacation during a busy holiday in a major city.

  I had to pick the car up at 1130. Upon arrival at the rental(12), the car was not ready. They had to clean it still. Took them a full hour to clean the car. My family arrived to Ottawa and the car was still not clean. Unbelievable.

  Another thing, when I got to the location at 5pm which was the time I booked it for the car wasn't actually ready as it still had to be cleaned. So she asked me to wait 10 minutes which I had no problem with. But the car ended up being ready at 530 after which point my Visa got declined to make it even worse...

  2) charges $1000 as a deposit for local drivers and "just incase damage" this is significantly higher than ANY OTHER CAR COMPANY.

  Booked a car online for what I thought was a good deal, but ended up paying almost double than what was advertised. Did not realize until I got to the office that car insurance is not included and is mandatory to purchase. When I got my bill, more hidden fees were added. On top of that, I booked a standard-sized car, to which they didn't have and I ended up with an SUV that had no gas in it. I did not get charged more, but had to spend significantly more on gas. Did not get a discount for this. Online they make it look like they are on airport grounds, but they are not which made it inconvenient. Will stick to known car rental companies next time. Lesson learned.

  Very good service and very accommodating! Staff very friendly and helpful. Even though it is off site, it only took an extra 5-10 minutes to get there and back to the airport. They were waiting for us when we exited the airport. Thanks for a great affordable experience!

  3) called and emailed for a car seat for a 2 year old, was told they would have one available. Upon arrival and asking, was told they were all sold out. They provided a booster seat, which was awfully disgustingly dirty and filled with gum and coffee and other stuff

  First of all their company lists them as located at Ottawa international airport which wasn't the case as I found out when I got to the airport.

  Made a reservation for family day weekend. My family was coming up, 6 of them. Made the reservations several weeks in advance, even called in looking to see if they had different 7 passenger vehicles that could hold a stroller.
