  Excellent service at Assured Concordia East. Martin kept me updated on what was happening regarding the repairs to my vehicle. The work was top- notch. The vehicle actually looked brand new, very clean etc. I would definitely recommend them for collision repairs. The vehicle was a 2013 Dodge Dart Limited Edition with a damaged bumper caused by a vehicle hitting me from behind.

  I Brought my Vehicle in to get rear bumper fixed. The estimator Julie was amazing her customer service was incredible. She answered all my questions and concerns and was very patient. As this was the first time I ever had to get a car fixed. All the staff that was there was very Helpful and very nice. When I received my car back ( after two quick days) the work was amazing. Looked like a brand new car. They even cleaned the car and made it all shiny. I would recommend Assured Concordia East all the time. Great job everyone and keep up the fabulous work and service.

  Had someone run a red light and had to get my car fixed by assured Concordia east. I was hesitant based on the negative reviews but decided to give them a chance. Two weeks later I'm stranded in a parking lot with a 2 year old car with a now dead battery, most likely because it was constantly drained and it's completely my fault and problem. I guess the other 1 star reviews may have been on to something. Thanks for the no service.
