  This is the worst place to purchase a vehicle! Save your time and go elsewhere. The service was great to purchase the vehicle, was very quick but the overall service after the vehicle purchase was terrible. We got an extra warranty when we purchased the used vehicle, which when explained was the greatest thing ever, when we went to use it nothing was claimable.

  My experience with this dealership is terrible. The gentleman trying to sell me the car was acting annoyed because I wanted to look around for more options in the lot. He was smoking as he is showing me the cars. I don’t smoke so that smoke from his cigaret flying in my face was just an indicator on how professional these people were. As I finally came to my decision I asked many questions the sales person did not know how to answer. Barely even knew about cars. Asked him how the process was going to happen based on credit check and the sales person lied about that. Only for them to call me the next day and try to sell me on a different car because the other car was not available anymore. Very unprofessional I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

  I must say that I had written a bad review against Car On. Ken Islemoe asked me to let them look into all of my concerns. Between Ken, Richard and even Pierre the owner, all of my issues were resolved to my satisfaction. I appreciate all of their efforts. Thank you Car On. I will certainly recommend you to family and friends.

  Mario, Richard and the team go above and beyond to achieve client satisfaction. My wife and I have now bought 2 cars from them. We would recommend going to Car-on before making any car purchase decision.

  The garage service is the worst run a round place ever!!!!! We dropped both our vehicles to get them Ontario certified. They told us it would be half a day...great... by the end of the day they were both not ready. They let us take one back since it was our only way home. We had to return the following day. They kept telling us for our other vehicle it would be one more day part isn't in. They told us come back by the end of the day. Keep in mind we moved 1hr away. They wouldn't answer their phones, so we drove back into town to pick up our vehicle and it still wasn't ready. Needless to say it took them a whole week to repair the vehicle.

  Great customer service with no pressure to buy. Unlike other dealerships, they make the buying experience as stress free as possible. They stick to your price point and have a great variety of vehicles. When I had concerns they were addressed within a number of hours. You can tell they take pride in the service and products they offer. Thanks Simon and Rolly!

  We love our vehicle, were glad we have it, but next time we go to purchase a vehicle we are definitely not going there.
