  I was rear ended recently and had to have my bumper repaired. Fix Auto was the Auto Repair Shop referred to me by my insurance company. Overall I was very impressed. It was a little tough to find as there is a small sign beside the Ford Dealership, however, the customer service and professionalism made up for that. I was running late and made it there to pick up my car 5 min after they closed. Even though the front entry was closed for the evening, an employee working on the body shop side waited for me to drop my rental car off and come back to pick up my car and paperwork. It was a step above and beyond, which was really appreciated.

  Well I brought my car in with unrealistic expectations of it being done sooner rather than later,but they seemed to do their best to accommodate. When I got my car back, they had cleaned it and everything looked super. They went above and beyond, which I very much appreciate!

  I went to fix, without knowing if my insurance would cover me and they were very accommodating, showing me the 'mickeymouse repair' but also informing me about proper repairs since I have a newer car. Well the first time I went for the estimate, they shifted a couple things so that my tire had more clearing space and it stopped dragging for a while before I even had it repaired. And they told me my risks if I didn't fix it sooner rather than later (rust!)

  since the first accident i got my car fixed and painted . rust goes threw the paint they scratch my car and deny it have a lot of over-spray . the supervisor isn't polite in any way . months later and the job isn't done right the insurance company isn't happy overall the worst place to bring a vehicle. .
