Excellent staff, superior service. Can't say enough good things about this shop. Looking for insurance repairs, this is definately the place to get them done. Quick hassle free service from start to finish.

Took the car in twice, first time in 2016 where the paint was good, but they forgot to reconnect lamps/forward camera in the rear bumper, and for a second time in April 2017.

I don't have time waste going back again for a second time. I'm done with this place. They may have been good once, but I get the feeling they lost some key staff and now have no idea what they're doing.

Very professional, easy to communicate with. They did an excellent blend job on my '04 Honda Civic. I would use them again.

For the work done in April, I asked them to fix a chip in the hood (which they told me required a respray), and to fix some botched repair work on the rear bumper.

My experience with the Cyrville Maaco shop has been outstanding. The damage assessment and costing were clearly explained in a friendly professional manner. The repair and paint job were completed in good time. Their work remains in perfect condition, and is now several years old. The cost to repair was about 60% when compared to repair shops across the city. Have no fear, this is an excellent shop!

I took the car back, they fixed the drips in the clear, didn't touch the dust inclusions, didn't fix the rear bumper, didn't offer me a refund/discount for the hassle.

When I got the car home I saw there were massive (0.5cm) runs in the clear coat under the front lip of the hood, and a significant number of dust inclusions in the clear. They'd also failed to perform any repair on the rear bumper.

I had some repair work done to a rusty spot on my car around the windshield. Less than a year later it started leaking inside my car when it rained at the point of repair. They honoured their warranty and fixed it, but it cost me 2 days without a vehicle (no loaner or rental) and should have been done right the first time.

After washing it for the first time a few weeks later, I found a chip on the hood in exactly the same place. Looks like the new paint hadn't adhered properly and it'd just flaked off.
