  Just wanted to give my appreciation to the gang at speedy for squeezing me in today to help fix my exhaust hanger, which had broken off at the weld. They were very friendly and accommodating and helped me out of a jam. Highly recommended these guys and will be forever grateful for their quick and excellent service. Much appreciated guys!

  Avoid this place like the plague. I had my brother in law (mechanic) check my car (safety) but since he's in Quebec it doesn't count. My car passed. I go to Speedy to have them do it to get the paperwork done for Ontario and they conveniently find all kinds of things to fail it. Of course they include their estimate to "fix" these issues.

  The lady in front of me has the exact same thing happen to her...And she actually paid them (it was over $2000). She told them she had a safety done not even 6 months prior and it passed, and the car was barely used since.

  Terrible experience! The store manager, Daniel tried to cheat me and rip me off. I had a problem with my muffler. The original quote was $450 and then he told me that he found another problem and I have to pay $800. He told me that after he took my car and already removed the old muffler, so I can't go somewhere else anymore. Why he didn't notice the additional problem when he gave me the original quote? Mufflers are not that sophisticated and mufflers are one of Speedy's main specialities. My boyfriend argued with Daniel, which caused both of us a lot of stress. They finally did the job for the original quote and at the end I had to listen to Daniel's humiliating lecture about how this is part of the cost of living. The store manager is very dishonest, but the guy who actually fixed my muffler did a good job and he is a nice guy. I also have to give them credit for fast service. But overall, this was a horrible, stressful experience and I would never come back!

  Good service, good pricing; explanations for the questions put out; will come here again. The people here speak the truth and are friendly, and unbelievably speak English very well. Their staff are very respectful and give you dignity.
