  Auto Pro was recommended by a neighbour. I called and dropped my truck and was surprised by the way the staff was interacting with clients. It was as though they were family. I felt immediately at ease. I was briefed on how the business worked, what to expect and that I was going to be informed through the entire process. I was offered a car while my truck was in the shop but a ride home is all I needed. I received 2 calls on the status of my truck and offered a car to accommodate me since the piece required to fix my truck was going to require me to leave the truck there overnight. I was accommodated on payment method, and received a personalized treatment I never received anywhere else. When I picked up my truck at a time that was convenient to me, the truck was washed, had been cleaned inside, and I had a thank you card and wait for it....a chocolate inside my truck! Chapeau to the entire team. I plan on going back there for service which was personalized on top of being excellent. It was also at the right price! Will recommend all my friends and family members to go there if they have car/truck issues.

  A big thanks to the Orleans Autopro team. Being new to the area, I've been looking for a reliable mechanic and I will look no further. Great group of guys - they got me back up and running in a day, stayed in touch throughout the whole process and even threw in a much needed car wash. I'll be recommending this place to my friends and family.

  Exceptional service! Brought my car in the morning, left a flat tire with a leaking valve and got it back within not time. No need to go anywhere else in Orleans for your cars! Thanks for your help!

  Came in for tire changes and oil. major suspension work was needed The staff took pictures emailed me quickly and recommended doing the work its a major safety issue. The work was quoted to 1800$ they had the repairs done in one day and under budget. They quoted what was needed to be done now and what can wait. Try them first you wont be disappointed.
