  Clifton was amazing. He clearly knew a lot about the products and was quickly able to recognize our needs. Made our first La-Z-Boy purchase very enjoyable. The products we were presented were all very nice and well laid out in the store. Made for an enjoyable experience.

  Personally I wouldn't shop here as its way to expensive. But I did have occasion recently to help my Mum out buying a chair for her living room. The sales associate was really very helpful and knowledgeable, she worked With us as choosing the right piece with the right fabric is so important. She treated my Mum with respect which was important to me, as often when we do stuff together most questions are aimed at me.

  When I entered the store I was greeted by a staff member. There were balloons and sales campaign signage on display. There was a variety of the type of recliner I was looking for my father. The sales consultant, Vickie, was very knowledgeable and reassuring about the type of recliner I would require for someone with mobility issues. She asked questions about my Dad's specific needs. She insisted I try out the recliner for comfort and suitability.

  La-Z-Boy was the only place that we could find a comfortable sofa-bed with the features we wanted. Clifton Normon was helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Sofa-beds are hard to find and they were numerous and well displayed in attractive coverings. Our experience was very positive.
