    Staff were very helpful and I found everything we needed very easily. They had everything we purchased at our place in 3 days. The delivery people were very respectfully of my home and extremely mindful of my new and old belongings.

    I opened the package and i see 6 screw is missing then i went back and asked them if they can give me this missing screws, but you know what? They told me we don’t have it right now and we can order it for you and it takes about 2 weeks . Yes ...2 weeks for just 5 or 6 screws.

    Worst customer service ever ! ....i ordered one display cabinet , date of purchase was last week of dec 2017 , they told me , it will take 3 weeks . But guess what??!! I got a call that your item is not ready and it will be another 10 days . After 10 days , again i got a call from them that item is not ready and finally i got my item on feb 7 , 2018 .

    I was bounced from one person to the other, with excuses such as we dont have a manager available or Peter isnt in. Or we're not sure what happened. I was set for a delivery date of February 7th and was never advised that the split boxspring was back ordered. Yet again they dropped the ball. I call to reschedule the delivery for February 11th and received a confirmation email notifying me of the time frame. When I called The Brick that day they advised me the it was going to be delayed. No boxspring was ever delivered and now I had to call again February 12th to only be told that "were not sure what happened" the next available delivery is February 16th.

    And at the end ....i assembled everything and you can see it in this picture , it is so wired that door and glass is little bit bigger that it should be and it doesn’t close properly. Everything else is in right place and it is not like maybe i did somewhere else wrong !!! No ....Honestly i kind of gave up , because i can not undo that and return it .

    Not a pleasant experience, bought a $2300 sectional that imploded within 5 months with only light use. An extended warranty was purchased from the very beginning and its been absolutely ridiculous trying to get it honored. It has taken 3 months, countless emails and phone calls, so disappointing. They don't seem to be in sync at all, everybody gives different information. Will never purchase from them again. Quality, Value and Service don't even deserve 1 star.

    I purchase a mattress and boxspring in December 2017. The customer service rep Peter didn't ask me if I required a split boxspring or not considering i live in an appartment building. Upon receiving the mattress and box spring the delivery men refused to bring the mattress using the stairwell.
