    Best gym in Ottawa! Everyone is like family there. Owner is awesome. Staff is great. Atmosphere is the best.

    Many betters gyms then this one. Avoid. As you can see below, they also reviewed their own gym and gave it 5 stars.... Ya right.

    Best gym in the city. Only one with a monolift. Powerlifting, CrossFit, TRX bands. Anything selective or specialised for strength training they have it. Best rogue bars too! And the owner competes! No egos allowed, great for families and with the limited membership you're never dealing with a full gym. Can also play your own tunes.
