  I normally don't write reviews but HBC needs to get this store fixed. Third time this year the sticker price is wrong when I went to buy something at this store, this time by $80. Get to the cash to purchase and pay when I notice the price is wrong and we were told it is not their fault someone must have moved the item. The problem is that the sticker is on the display item not on the shelf. Then we are told it is a different item so I prove it is the same item and I am still wrong. I have the cashier call the Manager with the same responses basically she/the store can't be responsible for the staff labelling the products wrong. How crazy is a statement like that my impression is that the law says they are. She offered to sell me the display item which was filthy and how many times it had been handled and banged around for the listed price" wow" what a deal. The Cashier and Manager were nothing but unhelpful and rude, they just didn't want to hear that this is their problem not mine. Amazing customer service "NOT". We will never be back which is too bad because we do like the products and selection but not the poor attitudes and constant pricing errors. Other google reviews show the same type of pricing problems.

  Brought in a gift certificate from PayPal that had no barcode. The cashier insisted that it must have a barcode and told me I should GO HOME home and reprint it. I told her repeatedly, there never was a barcode and suggested she call the gift card customer service to verify. She called for the store manager who explained that I was correct, that not all gift certificates have barcodes. The manager processed the gift certificate. When I told the manager about how poorly I was treated, her response was "well, we get many different types of certificates and the cashiers don't always know how to use them." She never apologized for the poor service.
