  Always find staff helpful and pleasant. Seems to be fewer and fewer books on the shelves though. Good selection of second hand books for sale.

  At first the older lady was giving me a hard time.. that I needed my ID to get a library card. And then I got frustrated and said you know what.. nevermind. Then she says she could give me an Internet card.. And i'd have to give the card back at the end.. So i was ok with that and thought she'd get started with it but instead she turns to the next person and deals with them (probably thinking id walk away and leave) Nope, still here lady! She got the card ready for me and all was good after that. She showed me how to use it to add money on it and to print. So in the end ibwas ok with her.. till later on & we'll get to that. I have gave it back to the younger lady and she was confused to why I gave it back.. I told her it's what I was told to do cause I didn't have my ID she said That's fine, with these cards it no problem.. then as I was leaving she talked to the older woman and the old one goes I told her 9x ....... i was like REALLY in my head.

  Fantastic location. However, I wish this location (and others such as the St-Laurent Branch) would remain open on Sundays over the summer.

  Came here to study, apparently libraries are no longer quiet spaces! Staff carries on conversations at normal volume, clients carry on conversation at normal volumes, seems like everything is beeping and making noise :/
