  The second room was okay. No hot water the second or third day and the maid never showed up. Maybe because it was Canada Day or maybe because nobody cares. There was flies all over and the overhead light in the entry hall of the room was filled with dead flies. The internet was slow and constantly disconnected. No comokimentary breakfast either. Holiday Inn Express is similarly priced but always has breakfast. Here you have to go to a sit down and pay on top of your room rate.

  The first room they gave me had a fully broken exterior door that was open and unable to close. Room 426. 10 floors, about 30 rooms per floor and they gave me the one with the fully broken door. There is now way they didn't know that was like that and they chose to give it to anyway knowing I'd have to come back down with all my stuff to change rooms. Great service.

  The good? The staff were friendly and helpful at the front desk. (Except the first guy) The bed was decent, lots of channels on the TV. Close to restaurants and a mall across the street. Short drive to most stuff. They have signs everywhere mentioning their quiet hours after 10pm and it works. The place is whisper quiet at night.

  I have stayed at this hotel a few times while on business. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Room are attractively decorated and the beds are very comfortable. I like the convenience of being able to have breakfast in the hotel.

  In short, you get the sense that this place was solid in the eighties and is kind of forgotten. Not great, should be priced about $99 a night based on my experience. I would not go back and I'm an avid IHG points collector and frequent business traveller.

  The location was great it was a 5 minute walk to the st laurent mall as well as a bunch of other places. The rooms were really nice and the service was excellent. We had a really great time at the pool and the breakfast buffet was really good

  It's a nice clean hotel with decent prices compared to what is around the area. The restaurant is nice but a bit pricey. the bar has a nice selection of beers and spirits and the staff was very friendly. The pool area is nice and clean with lots of towels, no hot tub though. The room I had was a single king, awesome size and very clean. Hotel staff was very accommodating and brought me a room fridge as soon as I mentioned I needed one. Great military discount as well. Will for sure use again as there are tons of amenities in the area right around the hotel.

  Went to my room and it was clear that they didn't vacuum it. I asked to change it. The second room was better but there was still dust long the wall like the vacuum cleaner couldn't reach the dirt. I arrived at 8h30 pm. There were dirty dishes from room service in the hallway, on the floor. The following morning when I left they were still there...
