    We were not treated like human beings here. The receptionist is fine, but there is another employee who speaks to clients in a very derogatory way. At first I thought that it was just a one-time experience, but she was rude to another client as well, and then repeated the behaviour with us on other occasions. As a result, we decided to no longer continue with them. Why would we go here when there are many other physiotherapy clinics nearby who actually know how to treat people?!
