  I've been going to Vitality Physiotherapy since early September 2017 due to a serious neck problem. I was dealing with atrophy running down my left arm from this neck issue. I've been trying everything from Chiropractic care, Massage, Acupuncture, but nothing was working. My last option was physiotherapy before having serious surgery. It's now 6 months later and I'm functioning at almost peak performance. I've regained most of muscle, and my most painful days are few and far between. I've been to a few physio centers in my time, but this is the first one I feel like is meant for me, and I mean that. That staff is friendly and understanding, the establishment is super clean, and my Therapist Dr. Andrew is light years ahead of his time. His professionalism, maturity, people skills, and knowledge of the human body is astonishing. Even when I am at a 100% I will still be going maybe on a bi-weekly basis, even just for general maintenance.

  I have done 3 physio sessions with the owner Andrew, and I must say he is absolutely great. In only 3 sessions my shoulder feels so much better and I can`t wait to keep going. He is very professional and really knows what he is doing. I have also had the chance to get a massage from Janice and I must say best massage of my life. Really recommend Vitality to anyone looking for physio or massage.

  I went for a massage at Vitality Physio, and had the massage therapist Janice who is very experienced and informative. She catered to my problems I had addressed. The manager Trish went above and beyond to give me more information and booked more appointments as I was very impressed. Thank you to Vitality and their team for all there help.

  Very pleased with my progress after a few sessions with Andrew. He took the time to assess and determine the underlying cause of my long term pain. He takes the time to treat and show me proper exercises. I can finally see and feel my road to recovery after 30+ years of pain.

  Vitality Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre is hands-down the BEST physio and massage clinic I have ever visited. The PT there is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. After having severe chronic back pain for over 14 years, Andrew Istefanos was the first person to properly diagnose my condition and pin-point my problem areas. I am forever grateful for this. I have tried numerous physio and chiropractic clinics over the years and this is by far the best. Thank you, Vitality Physiotherapy!!
