  I visited this spa for the first time and had the pleasure of working with Becca as she came highly recommended. I ended up getting highlights (balayage style) as well as a cut. I love the color of my hair and the way it looks. It was a very pleasant experience with an amazing atmosphere.

  Like I said, gave this place three tries: two manicures and one facial. The facial was nothing like its description, and there are just so many spas out there....go anywhere else.

  I have used Synergy Spa many times. This week I had a mani/pedi. The pedicure was okay but the manicure was terrible. I just wanted the nails cut, cleaned up and clear nail polish. It was a rush job and not well done. A cuticle was nicked. Also, I have been trying to find a hairdresser who can work with my fine hair so a while back I tried a cut from a woman at Blades. Worst cut I ever had. My husband usually buys me gift cards from Synergy but I may have to point him in another direction. Very disappointing!

  I wish I could give no stars, and I am a very understanding person. I give businesses a few tries before giving up. I smile at grumpy staff. I tip well.

  This place is such a joke. Very dirty and the girls are always running behind. No consideration for the customer, as appointments are constantly rescheduled. Prices change from visit to visit. Manicures are so below standard: polish that chips, French mani that looks like a child did it, and I was cut on one occasion. I have watched people come in to complain and the manager be nowhere around. I have watched people stand and wait at the front counter. I have heard the girls openly discuss their tips.

  Had a wonderful birthday treat which included a massage and a spa pedicure and it did not break the bank. My new luxury spa!!
